Exit
Exits the program entirely. It you have entered data on this screen, and have not saved it, the program will display a warning message, and allow you the options of:
- Saving the information before closing the screen (click on the "Yes" button.)
- Closing the screen without saving the information (Click on the "No" button,)
- Cancel the Close altogether, and remain on the current screen. (Click on "Cancel").
If you have any unsaved information in other screens, you will be notified of this fact. You will have the option of continuing to exit the program, or canceling the exit, and continuing on the current screen. You may then navigate back to the other screens.
Before the program closes completely, it will check if you've updated the database, and if you've done a backup. If you've done five or more updates since the last backup, you will get a message giving you an opportunity of doing a backup before closing. We strongly recommend you do a backup at this time, if only to stop getting this annoying message every time you exit.
